STUDENT MENTORIAL

LIS Mentorial is a network of students that supports the student body in creating a positive environment. Mentors are elected from grades 8-11 to look after and guide the students in elementary, middle and high schools.Some of the mentors are also nominated in the month of february by staff and students for the coming year.

Under the guidance of the LIS counselor and the other staff, the mentors assist their fellow students in alleviating the problems of homesickness ,discouragement or maladjustment. They provide an effective support system to the newcomers who need guidance for their multiple problems and make them realize their potential whether academic or social.

LIS Mediators:Workshops are specially organized for those members of the staff and the Mentorial who are interested in facilitating conflict resolution amicably and quickly within the school.
